I forgot my username and/or password: how can I retrieve them?
If you have forgotten your username or password:
Go to the site's homepage and click "Log-in icon" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
Click the 'Forgot your Password?' link.
Enter your registered email address in the next window and then click 'RETRIEVE PASSWORD'
You will then receive an email containing your NuMeditationMusic username with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive your email please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible with your information. Please include your username and registered email address.
How to unsubscribe from NuMeditationMusic newsletters?
In the most recent newsletter you have received from us please scroll to the bottom and click on "Update Email Preferences".
You’ll get to a page where you can choose which email notification you want and which not. You can also choose to unsubscribe all kind of notifications but to still continue to receive the new releases suggestions from
Please update your settings and click on SAVE CHANGES.
How can I change the email registered in my account?
Log in to your account at NuMeditationMusic.net.
Click on Account Settings.
Click on Email Preferences, enter the new email and click on “Save Changes”.
Confirm your new email address after you receive the confirmation email in your inbox or click on “Resend confirmation email” if you haven't yet received it.
How do I re-download a track?
After the purchase every track can be downloaded up to 5 times.
Each purchase will be available for a period of 365 days.
Please reattempt the download of any track(s) that may have been damaged or cut short during delivery.
If the reattempt fails, please send an email to email@example.com (note your order number, as well as all pertinent track information)
Can I download directly to my iPhone/ IOS device?
The size of the files available for download may vary between 20 mb (for shortest sessions) up to almost 1 gb (for larger bundles).
You can download directly to your iphone/IOS device but due to the size of some files we recommend you download to your computer.
If the download fails because of lack of space or for some reason, you can download each file up to five times.
I didn't receive/lost my receipt, how do I get another one?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your username as well as any pertinent information (such as purchase date) that may aid us in locating your missing invoice.
What should I do if I have a problem with a track that I purchased?
We have limited resources available as an independent artists organization but we do our best to provide our customers with the best production quality possible.
If you believe you have discovered a faulty track please report the issue to us by sending an email to email@example.com. Be sure to provide us with your username, the track name and your order number.
How can I close my account?
Our Customer Support team can manually close your account and remove your email address.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the registered email and the username to close.
What can I do with the tracks I purchased from NuMeditationMusic?
1. As per our end-user agreement you're allowed to obtain a digital copy of the music and play it back on your computer or portable digital audio devices for personal use.
Can I play the track that I purchase from NuMeditationMusic in my Yoga Class?
In the United States buying a track from the site is just like buying a record from the record store. The same legal implications are in effect. However, certain regions have different restrictions regarding the legality of playing Digital Music files. Please visit the website of your local publishing / mechanical service to get a more detailed answer. Keep a copy of your order receipts to prove that you have purchased your music legally.
How do I purchase from NuMeditationMusic?
Once you have as selection of items in a cart that you wish to purchase, hit the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
You will then be presented with a summary of your purchase. If you are happy, hit the 'PROCCED TO CHECKOUT' button, follow the instructions to sign in, insert your address and payment details.
If the payment is successful you will receive the link to download the product in your email. You can review your order and download your invoice from the "Order History and details" section of your customer account by clicking "My account" on our shop.
How do I add items to my cart?
Clicking the price button for an item will add it to your cart.
